Car Bombing Kills 12 Civilians Near Turkish Border

On Sunday, at least 12 civilians were killed and dozens more injured in a car bomb attack in northern Aleppo province near the Turkish border.

The explosion took place in a car park near the main hospital in the town of al-Rai, about 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) from Turkey. 

Search and rescue efforts are ongoing as the hospital and several houses nearby were destroyed. 

So far, no group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
