Egyptian authorities have refused to grant Syria's opposition vice president a visa as he plans to hold talks with Syrian opponents in Cairo.
Deputy of the Syrian National Coalition Hisham Marwa is yet to recieve a visa to enter Egypt in order to meet the National Coordination Body (SNCB) in Cairo, a source has revealed.
Days ago, key opposition groups revealed an agreement to set an agenda for a Syrian dialogue.
The Coalition has confirmed its boycott of the upcoming Moscow talks, declaring its willingness to meet with the SNCB in Cairo under certain conditions.
