On Wednesday morning, land communications and internet services were restored to Daraa city, after repairs were finished to the optical cable connecting the cities of Daraa and Damascus.
Director of Syrian Telecom’s branch in Daraa, Ahmad al-Hariri, told SANA that the company’s engineers commenced work to repair the cable feeding Daraa city after it was cut off on Tuesday evening.
