Mekdad condemned crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people, its settlement policies, and land annexation, stressing that Israeli decisions against the people of the occupied Syrian Golan and the Palestinians are war crimes and crimes against humanity that violate international legitimacy.

For his part, the Palestinian official congratulated the Syrian people and the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad on their victories over terrorism, calling for the lifting of the unilateral coercive sanctions imposed on the Syrian people.

Rajoub also affirmed the desire of the Fatah organization to dialogue with all the Palestinian parties to reach a solid position that defends the rights of the Palestinians at the regional and international levels.
