President al-Assad stressed that although this file is primarily a humanitarian one, the West is investing this issue politically to maintain these camps as incubators for terrorism and extremism.
President Assad added that in synchronizing with the evacuation of the children, work should be done to close these inhuman camps permanently.
In turn, Commissioner Belova pointed out the importance of developing mechanisms of cooperation between the institutions and bodies in Syria and Russia in this file and mobilizing all potentials and exchanging expertise to reintegrate and rehabilitate the Russian and Syrian children who are coming out of these camps.
