On Tuesday, Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem met Peter Maurer, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and the accompanying delegation.
Minister Muallem and Maurer discussed the standing cooperation between Syria and the ICRC and means to enhance and develop the relationship, to improve the humanitarian situation, and to provide the basic needs of Syrian citizens affected by the crisis caused by the terrorist war and the crimes of terrorist groups.
