Algerian Ambassador to Syria, Saleh Bousha expressed his support for Syria in facing a conspiracy against the country, during a meeting with Syrian Prime Minister Wael al-Halqi Wednesday.
Halqi hailed Algeria's understanding of the nature of the conspiracy targeting his country, as he met with Bousha at the International Forum.
Halqi said the plot against Syria targets the infrastructure, social fabric and economy of the Syrian state, pointing to U.S. and Arab-backed terrorist groups, led by the Islamist group the NusraFront and the Zionist entity, which are carrying out vandalism and terrorism on Syrian soil.
Halqi said Syria will emerge from the crisissoon, and that when they do, the Syrian people willremember the support of friends. He saidbig strides have been made towards finding a peaceful solution to the crisis through the National Dialogue.
Bousha expressed Algeria's support for the Syrian people and their leadership, adding that Algeria rejects any meddling in Syria's internal affairs.
