Chief-of-Staff is Top Priority for Coalition

Member in the Political Commission of the Syrian National Coalition, Badr Jamous, said the Commission has discussed during its regular meeting on Tuesday the latest reports of the President of the Coalition and its General Secretary about their latest activities.

The Coalition's media office said the Commission discussed the political and financial reports in addition to the file of the Supreme Military Council, which decided recently to activate the Chief-of-Staff  role in the Coalition.

The Commission also discussed also the work of the resigned interim government.

Member in the Political Commission, Khatib Badleh, said the Commission "discussed the recent military developments" and the President of the Coalition and its General Secretary provided their regular reports so that the Commission can address the deficits and "take the local, regional and international political changes into consideration."

The Commission discussed "how to improve the media activities of the Coalition to enable it to deliver the message of Syrian people to the decision-makers in the world".

"The last thing we discussed was the troubles facing the Syrians in Turkey and how to face them and provide services to Syrian refugees", Badleh concluded.
