Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem visited his Algerian counterpart Ramtane Lamamra on Monday to discuss boosting joint counter-terrorism efforts between the two countries.
The talks also touched on enhancing bilateral cooperation in a number of other fields.
Lamamra held a dinner banquet with the attendance of a number of senior Algerian officials in honor of the Syrian minister’s three-day visit.
