Syria has refuted all rumors that President Bashar al-Assad is suffering from health problems, affirming that the leader is in excellent health and carrying out his work normally.
The government said that the Syrian people have become immune to such lies, which have been spread since the beginning of the civil war, adding that these lies are no more than attempts to affect morale.
It noted that these rumors coincide with changes on the ground and in politics that run contrary to what players in the Syrian crisis have been planning during the past years.
