Turkish Authorities continued the closure of main Syrian border crossings at Bab al-Hawa, Bab al-Salameh and Tal Abyad for security reasons, a Zaman al-Wasl correspondent reported on Tuesday.
Jarablous border crossing is now the only available exit for hundreds of Syrians fleeing the country every day.
Some Syrian people expressed concerns about the continued closure of crossing boarders by Turkish authorities, especially after increasing violence by the regime, besides fighting within the opposition parties, in particular between factions of the Free Syrian Army and the Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS)
The Turkish President, addressing the media, expressed his concerns about so-called “terrorists” and their attempts to cross in to Turkey despite the heavy military reinforcements.
Other Turkish media sources said Turkish Authorities feared chemical weapons could be smuggled inside Turkish territory, jeopardizing the country's security and stability.
