The management of the Bab al-Hawa border crossing with Turkey revealed the number of Syrians who entered and returned from Turkey last November, including those who were forcibly deported by the Turkish authorities.
The crossing administration said in a statement on Sunday that the total number of travellers to and from Turkey through the Bab al-Hawa border crossing reached 17,265, including 2,120 women and 15,145 men.
It explained that these travellers were divided into 7,770 people who left Syrian territory for Turkey and 9,495 people who entered Syrian territory through the crossing from Turkey.

The number of travellers working in trade reached 3,673, and those working within humanitarian, service and medical organizations 2,425, while 223 people obtained permission from the governor on the Turkish side, and 90 people transited.
