President Assad Meets Arab Engineers Federation, Emphasizes Social and Developmental Roles of Arab Organizations

President Bashar al-Assad received a delegation from the Federation of Arab Engineers, led by Adel al-Hadithi, on Monday.

During the meeting, President al-Assad affirmed the critical social and developmental roles of Arab organizations and federations. He highlighted their importance in fostering effective dialogue within the Arab society, which is unified by shared values and aspirations.

President al-Assad emphasized the need to activate dialogue, particularly social dialogue, as society forms the foundation of all progress, independent of ideology without practical implementation. He urged Arab federations to focus on developing practical policies and creating strategic projects to achieve comprehensive development.

He also stressed the significance of adhering to identity as a crucial factor in the battle of steadfastness, exemplified by the Palestinian people’s resistance against the Israeli enemy. President al-Assad noted the increased cohesion, strength, and faith within Palestinian society despite ongoing challenges, in contrast to the disintegration observed within various aspects of Israeli society.

Members of the delegation reiterated the necessity of revitalizing joint Arab action through developmental projects and accomplishments. They emphasized the importance of unifying efforts and concepts by sharing experiences and expertise in a practical and purposeful manner.
