The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection approved the establishment of three new companies owned by investors of Iranian and Lebanese nationality. It allowed them to carry out various business specializations.
According to Athr’s sources, the establishment of the House of Princes for Cladding limited liability company has been approved. It will work in the trade, import, and export of all cladding and decoration materials, electronic and electrical devices and their maintenance, and sanitary materials. It will also carry out contracting works.
The company is owned by three investors of Lebanese nationality, and its head office has been determined in the countryside of Damascus.

The company will be managed by R.S., one of the company’s founders who owns 75% of the capital.
The ministry also approved the establishment of the Nadyntech Trading Company and Persin Tejarat Janco Company which were established by Iranian investors.
Nadyntech Trading Company will be engaged in the trade of surveillance and guarding devices, alarm equipment, electrical and electronic and informatics tools and devices, the optical industries, and the trade of scanners used for security purposes.
Nadyntech has its headquarters in Damascus and was founded by investors SH and SQ, both Iranian nationals, and will take over the company’s management.
While Persin Tejarat Janco Company will work in the import and export of food products and enter tenders and auctions. It was established by Iranian investors, and its headquarters will be in Damascus. It will be managed by its founders, namely FH and AB.
Dr. Faisal Mekdad, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, stressed during his meeting with the Vice-President of the Shura Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Ali Nikzad, the depth of Syrian-Iranian relations in all political, economic, and especially parliamentary fields.
Minister Mekdad called for strengthening economic relations between the two countries to benefit the Syrian and Iranian people.
For his part, Dr. Nikzad, stressed the determination of Tehran and Damascus alike to strive seriously to reach a real economic and trade partnership, especially in the reconstruction phase.
