President Bashar Assad on Tuesday issued law No. 7 for 2013 exempting taxpayers from the fees, fines and penalties incurred as a result of breaches involving building, services, cleanliness, rent, and taxes on investment and debts before 2012, if they are paid ahead of 31 December, 2013.
