President Bashar Assad on Monday issued Law No. 4 for 2014 stipulating the amendment of Article no. 124 of the Traffic and Vehicles Law No. 31 for 2004.
The amendment sets provision for registration of private cars in the name of its owner.
The Traffic and Vehicles Law No. 31 for 2004 had previously been amended by the Legislative Decree No. 11 for 2008.
