Syria’s Chief of Staff of the Army and Armed Forces, Gen. Ali Abdullah Ayoub, toured an air force base to assess ongoing operations against terrorist groups.
The general also paid a visit to a nearby unit tasked with maintaining weaponry.
Soldiers stationed at the base affirmed their determination to continue confronting terrorism in all its forms.
