Syria’s Central Bank issued a decree to confiscate the "movable and immovable" assets of Saeb Shafiq an-Nahhas and his sons, Mohammed Sabih Saeb an-Nahhas and Hadi Saeb an-Nahhas.
The decree, numbered 1103, informs all public and private banks, including small financial institutions, operating in Syria to confiscate any accounts or assets belonging to the businessmen.
