The Nusra Front, Al-Qaeda’s main branch in Syria, issued a circular on Sunday warning its jihadists of moving or touring without an escort of local fighters after seven foreign jihadists were kidnapped in Raqqa , field sources told Zaman al-Wasl.
The Islamic movement, Ahrar al-Sham has issued a similar circular.
