One of the documents is a letter dated November 10, 2019, written by Hossein Shahriari, the CEO of Persian Oil and Gas Development Group, a subsidiary of Ghadeer, addressed to Dr. Bazargan, the former CEO of Ghadeer. This document outlines the findings of a mission group dispatched to Syria by Parsian Oil and Gas Company and SATA (the social security organization of the Iranian Armed Forces) to assess the security situation and investment conditions in the oil and gas industries.
