On Sunday, more than 240,000 students started their Secondary Education (high school) final exams across all Secondary School branches, including the scientific, literary, Sharia (Islamic Education) and vocational for the year 2018-2019. 

Education Ministry prepared 2,066 centers for high school exams across the country, including a number of centers for students from Idleb, Hama and Raqqa provinces. 

The Ministry also provided housing centers for the students who live in Aleppo’s eastern neighborhoods, along with providing transportation and daily meals for them.

According to figures released by the Education Ministry, there is an increase in the number of high school students who are taking their final exams, with the current session estimated to be 43,000 higher than the pervious year.
