Electronic media, both loyal and opposition, was busy Tuesday in republishing certain paragraphs of Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Gen Martin Dempsey discourse regarding five military options, including limited strikes and establishing a no-fly zone.
Dempsey was quoted by several American media outlets as offering outlining the costs, risks and benefits of possible American military involvement in the Syrian conflict.
