An unknown armed group assassinated the Nusra Front commander in Jisr al-Shughour near Idleb city on Wednesday.
The Shariah judge for Al-Qaeda Syria’s wing in Jisr al-Shugour was killed when an armed group shot him dead after dawn prayers.
The Nusra Front also lost another commander in Hama countryside during the ongoing clashes with Bashar al-Assad’s forces, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
