Opposition appoints Fayez al-Dhaher as government's General Secretary

The Syrian National Coalition appointed Judge Fayez al-Dhaher as the General Secretary of the Syrian Interim Government on Sunday.

Dhaher previously served as Justice Minister to the Tomeh government, which was dissolved last year.
