Regime Strikes Bring Emergency Services to Halt in Aleppo Countryside

Regime warplanes on Monday targeted an emergency services center in the western Aleppo countryside, causing operations to come to a halt.

The Aleppo Media Center website said that the warplanes targeted the facility, causing heavy material damage, in addition to damaging most of the ambulances in the area.

In a related context, three martyrs and a number of wounded fell in the al-Qatarji area of Aleppo city after being hit by a number of regime air raids which caused an entire building to collapse in the district.

A number of raids were also recorded on the al-Maysar district and the town of Kafr Hamra in the Aleppo countryside, leading to the death of a civilian and the wounding of others.

More than 23 martyrs and dozens of wounded fell yesterday evening during coalition bombardment on the city of Manbij in the Aleppo countryside.

Activists said that the bombardment hit the al-Hazaouna district in addition to other strikes which struck the village of Toukhar, resulting in heavy damage.

The city of Manbij is under the control of the Islamic State, while heavy clashes are ongoing between the group and the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces.

Activists directed calls to protect civilians inside Manbij, who number about 200,000, while the Islamic State group has prevented civilians from leaving the city after the SDF has imposed a siege on the city for 47 days.
