Syrian army forces recovered from Islamic State (ISIS) two drinking water facilities in southeast Khafseh which supply Aleppo with water.

Army units and allied forces also restored security and stability to 19 villages and towns in eastern Aleppo’s countryside, killing a large number of ISIS terrorists.

More than 70 ISIS and Nusra Front militants were killed and injured in the army’s continued fight against terrorism in the Hama and Idleb countryside.

Meanwhile, the Syrian air force carried out intensive strikes against ISIS gatherings in the villages of Al-Buwaida, Qleib al-Thor and Al-Lweibda in the Hama countryside.

The strikes killed and injured more than 40 militants and destroyed seven vehicles, some of which were equipped with a 23mm machine gun.

SANA’s reporter in Hama said that the army also bombarded terrorists’ positions in Al-Latamineh town in the northern countryside, destroying one of their ammunition stores and a number of their vehicles.

The reporter added that 13 Nusra Front militants were killed, more than 15 others injured and one vehicle was destroyed in an army offensive on the town of Kafr Zita and Al-Sayyiad village.

Army units also killed six Nusra Front terrorists and injured seven others in heavy airstrikes against Al-Masasnieh village and the eastern part of Mourek city.
