Homs: Regime Airstrikes Kill 1, Wound 10 in Houla Region

Syrian government warplanes carry out raid on Kafr Laha in the northern Homs countryside as part of intensified campaign against the opposition-held parts of province

One man was killed and 10 others were wounded on Sunday when regime warplanes struck the rebel-held Houla region in Homs province, a local reporter said.

The regime jets carried out raids on the town of Kafr Laha, destroying 15 houses and a school, and hitting nearby aid depots.

In response, the Ahrar al-Sham rebel group hit the regime-held village of Maryamin with mortar shells.
