Blackout Hits Suweida After Armed Groups Shell Power Line

The entire province of Suweida has been hit by a blackout after armed groups shelled the Tishreen/Al-Koum power line.

A high-voltage line which supplies the province with power was damaged in the rocket attack, causing a power outage throughout the province, according to an Electricity Ministry source.

The source added that maintenance teams have started repairs to restore power as soon as possible.
