Cabinet to Increase Military Food Rations by 100 Percent

Officials also call for assisting families and workers to return to their homes in Deir-ez-Zor, state media reports

Syria’s cabinet has decided to increase food rations to the military by 100 percent, support the agricultural sector to meet needs of local markets and encourage the export process.

In a weekly session led by Prime Minister Emad Khamis, the cabinet also called for providing the required help to facilitate the return of families and employees to Deir-ez-Zor.

It also discussed a number of projects and plans related to the sectors of agriculture, economy, contracts, export, import and social services.
