At least 923 civilians have been killed during October at the hands of all parties to the conflict in Syria, including the Assad regime, the Islamic State (ISIS) group, Russia and the U.S.-led coalition, a human rights watchdog reported.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights on Wednesday said that 398 of the total deaths were caused by the Assad regime, including 78 children and 62 women.

It also noted that 221 civilians, including 68 children and 36 women, were killed in airstrikes conducted by Russian forces, adding that 162 civilians, including 24 children and 16 women, were killed by ISIS militants.

According to the report, 71 people, including 22 children and 15 women, were killed by the U.S.-led international coalition. The armed rebel groups killed 16 civilians, including three children and four women, while Western-backed Kurdish forces were responsible for killing 15 civilians, including seven women.
