The opposition Syrian National Coalition is to appoint Hanan al-Balkhi as its representative in Norway, well-informed source told Zaman al-Wasl.
Balkhi is a prominent female activist and an active member in key coalition group, the Syrian National Council. She holds a Master of Humanities from Oslo University.
The western-backed coalition also has representatives in Brussels, London, Paris and Berlin, and very soon to have representative in the Croatian capital Zagreb, source said.
