Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said that the second round of the inter-Syrian consultative meetings will be held in Moscow in early April.
In a statement to journalists, Gatilov said that preparations for the meeting are underway, and that invitations have been sent to potential participants in the second round of the talks. Invitations were sent to representatives of opposition groups that didn’t attend the first meeting, including delegates of the coalition in addition to sending an invitation to UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura.
