In an interview with Saudi newspaper, Uqath, Maleh said the opposition will not be forced to Geneva or surrender to any "conspiracies or plans under a political compromise."

Maleh expressed confidence in the ability of the Free Syrian Army to harm and defeat the forces of the tyrannical regime and its allies, especially Hezbollah and Iran.
