Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, has said that Russia never breached international law in terms of its technical military cooperation with Syria; therefore there will be no embargo on this cooperation.
Peskov told journalists on Monday that Russia has always asserted that there can be no embargo on technical military cooperation with Syria, and therefore it is unlikely for there to be any talk of legal restrictions in this regard.
