Jaish al-Fatah (Army of Conquest) fighters on Tuesday killed 14 Syrian regime soldiers in the northern province of Idleb, seizing control of Tel al-Hekmah hill south of Jisr al-Shughour, activists said.
The coalition of Islamist rebels have made advances against regime military forces in several parts of Syria in recent months, including capturing most of Idleb province up to the north-east of Sahl al-Ghab plain.
Fighting also continues in Sahl al-Ghab, as Ahrar al-Sham fighters have destroyed three tanks on the Mansoura battlefront, activists said on Tuesday.
