At least 62 people, including 13 children and five women, were killed on Monday by Syrian regime air strikes across the country, a monitoring group said.
The London-based Syrian Network for Human Rights said 15 people, including nine children, were killed in the northern city of Aleppo, along with eight civilians, including four women, in Idleb.
In July alone, the Syrian air force reportedly dropped 2,041 barrel bombs on rebel-held areas across Syria, killing 368 people, including 83 children and 63 women, the monitoring group reported.
