The first Together to Damascus forum was held in the Syrian capital on Saturday with the participation of a number of political party heads, parliamentarians and representatives of Syrian tribes and civil society organizations.
A joint statement issued by attendees urged the formation of a national program with the aim of tackling issues related to the economy, society, education and national reconstruction.
State Minister for National Reconciliation Affairs Ali Haidar pointed out the necessity for all components of Syrian society to participate in national programs and projects.
