Eight children and two women, one of them pregnant, were killed Monday during an air raid targeting the city of Khan Shaykhun in the northwestern Idleb province, according to local sources and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The Khan Shaykhun Media Center reported that warplanes bombarded residential districts, destroying a number of buildings, which led to the death of children and two women, while also wounding three other children and a woman, who were saved from under the rubble by a civil defense team.
