Syrian President Bashar al-Assad swore in on Thursday three new ministers as part of a cabinet reshuffle, appointing Judge Hisham al-Shaar to lead the Justice Ministry.
The new appointees also included Samer al-Khalilas as head of the Economy and Foreign Trade Ministry, and Salam al-Saffaf as head of the Administrative Development Ministry.
