At least 15 civilians were killed when two improvised explosive devices detonated at the roadside in southern Daraa province, activists said Thursday.
The attack was targeting a vehicle carrying Free Syrian Army commanders on the road connecting Kafr Shams and Aqraba in the northern countryside.
Activists said the devices were planted by Syrian government forces.
