The Syrian regime has freed four female detainees in a swap deal with rebels in the Daraa province in southern Syria, activists said.
Bashar al-Assad’s armed forces in return received six corpses of its slain soldiers who have been killed in Deir Adas village near Daraa, according to footage posted online.
