At least five civilians were killed on Monday in regime air strikes on the northern countryside of Homs province, in a new violation to the UN-brokered ceasefire deal that went into effect on February 27.
A local Zaman al-Wasl correspondent said regime warplanes had carried out 15 raids on the towns of Rastan, Talbiseh, Teldo and Tier Maala early Monday, killing five people, including two women, and wounding dozens more.
