Ms. Suheir Sarmini, Deputy Secretary General of the Syrian National Youth Party told the Website that the delegation will include “opposition” figures and parties will head to Cairo in the first or third week of this month to start talks with opposition figures and forces in exile.

Sarmini said that efforts have already been made to coordinate with some opposition figures who have quit the National Coalition, the major opposition group which is considered by many Western and Arab states as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people.
