Terrorists detonated an explosive device attached to the car of the Deputy Minister of Labor, Rakan Ibrahim, in the center of Damascus Thursday.
A police source in the area told reporters that the “terrorist act caused injury to Ibrahim, who was admitted to hospital, along with material damage to his car.”
