An official source in Aleppo warned people on Tuesday against taking medicines being smuggled from Turkey, due to dangerous side effects of the drugs and negative health repercussions.
"These medicines resemble Tramadolin their structure, but it was proven that they negatively affect the body, leading to impotence and destroying the male Testosterone hormone," the source said.
The medicines are being marketed under many trademarksof Tramadol, Tramidol, Trampaland others.
