Two Warships Join Russian Fleet in Mediterranean

The Peresvet and Admiral Nevelskoi have joined the Russian fleet in the Mediterranean

The official spokesman for the Russian fleet in the Pacific, Colonel Roman Martov announced on Wednesday that two landing warships, the Peresvet and Admiral Nevelskoi have joined the Russian fleet in the Mediterranean.

 

"The two warships have crossed the Bosphorus and Dardanelles straits while the rescue ship, Votiy Krylov, which is landing now in the port of Novorossiysk, is heading for the Mediterranean too," the Russia Today site quoted Martov as saying.
