Opposition activists have posted images on Facebook of detainees they say died of hunger inside the 215 branch of military security in Damascus.
The activists said a defected intelligence officer leaked the pictures, and that some former detainees also verified it.
The pictures show bodies of detainees in one of the buildings of the branch already renown for letting detainees starve into death.
This branch is located in the Kafr Sousa area, famous for eliminating detainees and then calling their families to verify their death certificates.
