All4Syria has learned from Syrian regime sources that the leader of the National Initiative of Kurds in Syria, Omar Ose, and the chairman of the National Reconciliation Committee in the Syrian Parliament have officially permitted the holding of the Kurdish national festival of Newroz on March 21 at the Damascus Opera House for the first time in Syrian history.
"The permission of the political and security leadership rewards the Kurds for their position on the Syrian crisis," the source said.
