President Bashar al-Assad issued decree no.11 for 2015 including Christian theology in state curriculum coordination and development.
The new curriculum will be added to relevant provisions under decree no.1, dated January 5, 2015, which specifies the number of the staff of the National Center for Curriculum Development.
The change will see its inclusion to the academic qualification of curriculum coordinators.
