Regime Air Raids Kill 14 People in Douma

Regime warplanes have carried out over 30 raids on rebel-held neighborhoods in Damascus, leaving dozens killed and wounded, activists and monitoring groups said on Wednesday.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights said at least 14 people, including three children and two women, were killed in Douma city northeast of Damascus as Syrian air forces launch a major aerial campaign on the Damascus suburbs.

Barrel-bomb attacks on rebel-held districts in the northern city of Idleb have also left 20 people dead, the observatory reported.
